3.1Tank unit

3.1.1

3.2 components metering unit

3.2.1 polyol

 1 set of high-precision metering advice is installed on the machine frame and it is consist of 1) 1 piece of motor ,power 22kw,1460RPM and motor protection class IP154.  2) 1 set of non-leakage magnetic coupling. 3)high-pressure metering pump A2VK55

 1 set of pre-pressure control device which is used to prevent pump to being empty.the control pressure is set in 0.1Mpa.when the pre-pressure data is lower than the set data,the control system will send out the alarm indication   

 1 set of high pressure control device which is used to control the working pressure of compositions.the working pressure is set within 6--22Mpa.when pressure data over-exceeds , the equipment will stop to send out the alarm and display the information of malfunction that is over-lower or over higher

 The limit safety pressure for the composition metering pump is set in 25Mpa .the safety valve has the function of protecting to guarantee the safety of metering pump and system

3.2.2 polyisocyanate metering unit

 It adopts the mixture theory of clean L-shape mixture head with needle-shaped spraying mouth  ,V shaped arrangement mouth and high pressure hit to guarantee mixture averagely

The mixture hear is installed on the hanging arm(0--180 degree jigging in order to inject the material.

The operation box has the high-low switch,press button for injection, the switch of station injection  and emergency stop button.

 

3.6hydraulic system

3.7Electrical control system

3.7.1 we adopt the human-interactive operation which can set the injection time,testing time.pressure time and so on

 

3.7.2 We adopt the programmable controller which can control the whole foaming sprayer and make the metering,hydraulics,temperature control and raw material mixture and mixture head injection high efficient and reliable.

3.7.3  We adopt PID digital display temperature control to set the temperature of the 2 kinds of raw material tank freely according to the artistic requirements in order to control the material temperature constantly and display the data of PV and SV 

3.7.4 The system parameter can be operated on the menu and it has strong function of breakdown alarm the control system

    and it can show the testing point of breakdown information on the operation panel and sending out the voice of alarm .the machine can stop automatically.After the breakdown is solved out the machine can be restarted.
